We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to support continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong customer relationships, and leads with integrity while driving electrical sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
- Build and manage key customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and support market growth
- Collaborate with leadership to shape sales strategy and execution
- Represent the organization professionally with strong product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in sales leadership, preferably within a technical or electrical-related industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Strategic, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of electrical systems is an asset
Note: Candidates with Electrical-Related Industry / Electrical Whole supply industry / Electrical Technical sales would be highly preferred.
