The role requires over 5 years of sales experience and a proven ability to lead teams in a target-driven environment. Responsibilities include managing District Managers, overseeing sales performance, and strategy execution in the field. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $90,000.
