ERP Production Scheduling Planner

Dynamic 365 scheduling and production data support this Junior Planner position with Sinclair Technologies, serving Aurora’s manufacturing operations.

This Junior Planner manages production schedules and materials planning within a high mix, low volume environment. You will use ERP and digital tools to monitor output, identify constraints, and adjust plans. The position connects production capacity, material availability, inventory movement, demand trends, and customer delivery commitments. Strong Excel skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of MPS or MRP support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and adjust master production schedules in ERP
• Monitor output, constraints, delays, and production capacity
• Track inventory movement and demand trends
• Upload and update accurate bills of materials
• Support workflow monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent qualification
• One to two years in manufacturing planning or scheduling
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excel data analysis and reporting experience
• Knowledge of Workato or Jet Reports is an asset
