Customer service and accurate transactions define this Cashier role at KENT, using computerized systems, registers, scanners, and payment terminals.
Cashiers interact with KENT customers while managing transactions efficiently and accurately. The work includes refunds, customer issues, payments, bagging purchases, and maintaining the service area. You will also learn KENT products and policies while applying communication, mathematical, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate registers, scanners, and card terminals
- Process refunds and help resolve customer issues
- Collect payments and bag customer purchases
- Keep the customer service area clean and orderly
- Learn KENT products and policies
