Change Management Operations Leader

Drive operational excellence across Dealer Changeovers through process design, change-management implementation, and strategic leadership for Canadian Tire Corporation.

This Operations Manager oversees day-to-day execution throughout the Changeover lifecycle, supporting Dealers from new-store announcements through Finalization. You will improve process effectiveness, contribute to modernization and capacity planning, and work with the Changeover Committee. The role combines team leadership, mediation, asset accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Changeover lifecycle effectiveness and efficiency
• Contribute to modernization and long-term operational planning
• Maintain accurate asset listings for every Changeover
• Provide Dealers with process advice and education
• Support Changeover Committee strategies, policies, and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience leading teams
• Process design and change-management implementation experience
• Detail-oriented and strategic approach to decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience involving Dealer or franchisee networks
