Become an integral part of the investment team as a Client-Focused Associate in Victoria. This role supports Investment Advisors while offering high-quality client service and administrative assistance.
We are searching for a dedicated Associate to assist our three Investment Advisors. The successful candidate will support various client interactions, prepare financial reports, and monitor trading activities. With at least three years in financial services, you will ensure seamless administrative operations and compliance adherence to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Advisors with client phone and email inquiries
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and plans
• Execute transactions on behalf of Advisors
• Monitor portfolio performance and trading activities
• Maintain updated and compliant Client Profiles
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in financial services
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
