Technical support specialists solve software issues through phone, chat, email, and screen sharing while helping trades businesses use ServiceTitan products.
As a Customer Support Advocate, you will become a ServiceTitan subject matter expert. You will develop workflows, investigate cases, and provide technical solutions directly to customers. The work emphasizes troubleshooting, communication, and customer-focused problem solving across support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with software questions through multiple support channels
- Develop creative workflows addressing customer needs
- Use Salesforce Support Console and internal chatbot resources
- Test solutions and prevent unnecessary escalations
- Resolve technical cases with quality and speed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to master complex software independently
- Basic SIP, RTP, and call flow understanding preferred
