Patient Experience Optical Associate

Patient connection leads this casual Optical Associate opportunity with FYidoctors LaSalle, offering 0-19 hours weekly. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday.

This Optical Associate position focuses on delivering exceptional patient and eyewear experiences. You will engage patients across in-person, telephone, and email interactions while assisting with frame selection and prescription needs. The role also includes billing, contact lens orders, appointments, repairs, and clinic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service throughout each patient experience
• Engage patients through in-person, telephone, and email communication
• Assist frame selection for fit, performance, and aesthetics
• Process contact lens orders and support fittings
• Handle billing, payments, appointments, and prescription printouts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for connecting with patients
• Optical or retail experience considered an asset
• Technology and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Ability to thrive while priorities change
