Maintain industrial electrical systems in Windsor, Ontario, using troubleshooting and repair skills across machinery, facilities, and production equipment. Support safe, efficient operations.
As an Industrial Electrician, you will maintain machines and facilities within a manufacturing environment. Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. needs electrical expertise for equipment installation, repairs, schematic interpretation, and process improvements. The work also includes hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, drive, bearing, and gear systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support across machines and facilities
- Improve electrical processes to minimize production downtime
- Install and maintain electrical machinery safely
- Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Read, interpret, and alter electrical schematics
Requirements:
- Hold a 442A or 309A license
- Bring three years of manufacturing experience
- Operate or hold certification for aerial lifts
- Learn and retain robot programming and PLC knowledge
- Lift 23 kilograms and stand for extended periods
