Beauty Department Sales Manager

Lead beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart in Maple Ridge, using sales tracking tools and team coaching to achieve department targets. This regular part-time position centers on customer service and beauty retail leadership.

The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales. You will sell to customers, coach staff in selling skills, and use corporate dashboards to set goals. The work includes eClienteling, appointments, PC Optimum promotion, and cosmetic operating standards. Collaboration with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
• Coach staff in selling skills and beauty sales standards
• Monitor customer service results and communicate objectives
• Book appointments and manage annual event schedules
• Schedule shifts around identified peak hours

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience achieving sales goals
• Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
• Previous experience leading a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
