Excel, shipment tracking, and customer service define this full-time Senior Inbound Transportation Analyst role with Loblaw. Twenty-five percent travel is required.
As a Senior Analyst, you will coordinate inbound transportation details with replenishment, suppliers, scheduling, and carriers. The work combines load planning, customer inquiries, service issue resolution, profitability reviews, and reporting. You will also provide insights, maintain CRM records, and communicate performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize pickup and delivery details with transportation partners
- Track loads and communicate changes, issues, and insights
- Lead customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate drivers, dispatch, and internal teams on service issues
- Complete accurate daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
- Customer service experience with exceptional service commitment
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for data reporting
- Analytical problem-solving and resource management abilities
- Transportation or supply chain experience preferred
- Geographical knowledge of Canada and 25% travel availability
