Infant & Toddler Educator (Maternity Leave)

• Has or is working towards their Infant/Toddler ECE License to Practice and preferably a degree in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Is able to understand and support child development using the BC Early Learning Framework
• Is passionate, creative, intentional & reflective in their work with children
• Promotes an inclusive environment
• Demonstrates an understanding of pedagogical narration or is willing to learn and engage in this practice
• Has a disposition towards research and inquiry
• Is welcoming of the multiple perspectives of children, families & professionals
• Is committed to professional development and growth
• Is an advocate for children, families & the ECE profession
• SFUCCShas a Covid-19vaccination mandate that is currently suspended. However, should the Covid-19 vaccine mandate be reinstated, it will be a requirement for all current and future employees.
