Assistant Retail Store Manager

Lead daily retail operations through strong leadership and decision-making while supporting the Store Manager and serving customers. Open availability is required.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support staff management, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. The position includes merchandising, stocking, shipment unpacking, customer service, and resolving escalated issues. You will also train employees, manage cash, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff management
• Train, coach, develop, and evaluate employees
• Resolve escalated customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Manage cash, opening, and closing duties as needed
• Maintain merchandising, safety, cleanliness, and company standards

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of retail experience
• At least two years in supervisory or management roles
• Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
