Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Steward ensures pristine kitchen environments and assists with food prep during events. Key responsibilities include cleaning and organizing dishes, managing waste, and verifying deliveries. You will play a crucial role in keeping the kitchen operational and supports various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas
• Assist with event set up and light food prep
• Verify product deliveries and manage inventory
• Sanitize equipment and maintain dishwashers
• Support retail by transporting goods and performing audits
Requirements:
• Food Safe Certification required
• Interest in kitchen processes and food service
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and perform physical tasks
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
