Hotel Breakfast Service Attendant

Support hotel guests through attentive breakfast service, food preparation, and buffet maintenance as an InnVest Hotels Breakfast Attendant.

In this hospitality position, you will greet guests, provide assistance, and follow established service procedures. Responsibilities include arranging cold and hot foods, stocking coffee, juice, and milk, sanitizing tables, and completing daily cleaning. You will also communicate complaints for immediate service recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and serve as a pleasant, hospitable host
• Arrange serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
• Set out cold foods and prepare hot food items
• Clear and sanitize vacated tables and chairs
• Communicate guest complaints to management or shift supervision

Requirements:

• Demonstrated guest service knowledge and hospitality commitment
• Active listening skills for recognizing guest requirements
• Strong communication skills, including reading and writing
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Availability mornings, including any day, weekends, and holidays
