Design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade .NET applications on Microsoft Azure. Own end-to-end delivery of cloud-native services with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services in .NET 8 / C# and Web APIs.
- Develop and maintain Azure Functions, Service Bus consumers and App Service deployments.
- Model, query and tune data in SQL-Server / Azure SQL; write performant T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for build, test and release automation.
- Instrument services with Application Insights; diagnose and resolve production incidents.
- Collaborate with architects, QA and DevOps on secure, cost-efficient Azure solutions.
- Review pulls requests, enforce coding standards and mentor mid-level developers.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on .NET development (.NET Core / .NET 6/8, C#).
- Strong experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Service, Blob Storage, Key Vault.
- SQL-Server / Azure SQL - schema design, indexing, T-SQL, stored procedures, query tuning.
- Identity & security: Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth2 / OIDC, Managed Identity.
- Unit testing (xUnit / NUnit / MSTest) and integration testing.
- CI/CD using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines) or GitHub Actions.
- Git, branching strategies and code-review discipline.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Event-driven architectures using Event Grid or Event Hubs.
- Frontend exposure (Angular / React / Blazor).
