Sales Representative Oshawa Territory

Drive territory sales for Sleeman Breweries from Ontario, using customer relationships and merchandising expertise across a field-based sales territory.

As an Individual Contributor, you will represent Sleeman Breweries and grow portfolio presence in the trade. Develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and manage retail and on-premise accounts. Execute programs that support volume, gross margin, and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop territory strategies to achieve volume and gross margin targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends for account opportunities
• Build retail and on-premise customer relationships
• Execute marketing programs and maintain merchandising standards
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate with internal partners

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ consumer-packaged goods sales experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Proven sales plan execution and revenue growth results
• Microsoft Office, CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
