Brand Identity Design Manager

Lead brand identity, creative direction, and visual standards for Cronos brands in Stayner, Ontario. Guide projects from concept through delivery. The Visual Identity Manager partners with the Director of Design and leads assigned brand initiatives. You will oversee designers, maintain visual systems, and shape creative work across packaging, digital content, campaigns, and marketing materials. The role supports Spinach®, PEACE NATURALS®, and Lord Jones®. Key Responsibilities:

Own brand identity standards, guidelines, documents, and assets Set creative direction across packaging, websites, logos, and campaigns Oversee design projects from conception through delivery Lead quality assurance reviews and maintain high output standards Recruit, mentor, and prioritize Graphic Designers’ workloads Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field Five-plus years’ graphic design experience, including two senior years Expert Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity work Excellent typography, composition, communication, and organization skills Bring brand identity leadership, creative direction, and Adobe expertise to Cronos’s growing visual design team in Stayner.
