Fashion Store Supervisor PENN

You will work with the management team to execute priorities and maintain organized store operations. Responsibilities include merchandising, loss prevention, cash management, reports, and team development. Success requires customer focus, strong organization, and knowledge of store systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales-floor service and address customer concerns
• Support policies, loss prevention, and daily operations
• Generate reports and assist scheduling support
• Maintain clean, consistent visual presentations
• Communicate priorities with the Store Manager

Requirements:

• Six months supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to stand, lift 40 pounds, and use ladders
