Lead Guest Services Cashier

Lead guest services with transaction accuracy and customer care at Pilot Company as a full-time team member. Support a busy travel center shift.

This Lead Guest Services Team Member processes merchandise and fuel transactions while guiding one-to-two cashiers. The position requires retail operations knowledge, customer service skills, and comfort using calculators, computers, and other equipment. It also supports a customer-focused culture across travel center functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cashiers processing cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Complete end-of-shift reports and closing procedures
• Schedule breaks and assign team member placements
• Resolve guest complaints and communicate issues to management
• Assist with stocking, coffee, deli, showers, and restrooms

Requirements:

• Previous retail operations experience or working knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and customer-focused approach
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
• Ability to interact with team members, customers, vendors, and representatives
• Flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays
