Controls Engineer for Manufacturing Excellence

As a full-time Controls Engineer, your role involves designing and implementing control systems for various manufacturing processes. You will utilize your technical proficiency in PLCs, robotics, and vision systems to ensure machinery operates efficiently. This position emphasizes collaboration with maintenance and production teams to foster continuous improvement and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and program PLC-based control systems
• Lead integration and commissioning of new equipment
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems
• Analyze performance data for efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
• Expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Allen-Bradley
• Hands-on experience with robotic systems
• Must work weekend overtime as needed
