Antenna Assembly Production Technician

Assemble antennas and filters at Sinclair Technologies, using hand tools, simple fixtures, and production testing skills. Detail-oriented work supports RF products.

Sinclair Technologies, a division of Norsat International Inc., manufactures antenna and RF signal conditioning products. Production staff assemble and test antenna products while checking quality against production standards. The work requires technical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble a variety of antennas and filters
• Check product quality against production standards
• Perform testing of manufactured products
• Use simple jigs, fixtures, and hand tools
• Complete other assigned production duties

Requirements:

• Production or electronics diploma or degree is an asset
• Read assembly drawings and instructions
• Identify errors or defects during production
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Lift 25 kilograms from floor to bench height
