This Bartender position centers on memorable customer service within Gateway’s gaming and entertainment properties. You will prepare beverages, recommend wines, discuss guest preferences, and engage visitors while working alongside servers and bar staff. The role suits candidates with two years of high-volume food and beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service for memorable dining experiences
- Prepare beverages according to high-quality standards
- Craft classic and inventive cocktails for guests

Requirements:
- Two years of high-volume bartending experience
- Serving It Right, ProServe, or Smart Serve certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Meet applicable provincial minimum age requirements
