Support clean, safe campus spaces at Columbia Bible College as a Facility Services Associate using custodial and light maintenance skills. This part-time role is available immediately.
As a Facility Services Associate, you will care for CBC facilities through custodial work, light maintenance, event and rental support, and seasonal preparation. Your work supports students, staff, faculty, and guests across residences, classrooms, offices, and gathering spaces. The position suits dependable, detail-oriented people who enjoy practical hands-on work and meaningful service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial work across Columbia Bible College facilities
- Complete light maintenance and seasonal facility preparation
- Support campus events and facility rentals
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces
- Serve students, staff, faculty, and guests across campus
Requirements:
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping services experience
- Strong attention to detail and personal pride
- Reliability, punctuality, and independent work ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to CBC confessional and community statements
