DMC Recruitment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a growing national technical building products organization. Own an established BC territory while developing business, growing accounts, and representing company brands. Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors through presentations, demonstrations, training, trade shows, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of an established British Columbia territory
• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts
• Build dealer, distributor, and contractor relationships
• Attend trade shows, launches, and dealer events
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training

Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales, outside sales, or business development success
• Knowledge of building materials or construction products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical aptitude, curiosity, and coachability
• Comfort with regular territory travel and industry events
