Commercial Property Manager Operations

Lead commercial property operations through strong maintenance oversight, budgeting, and tenant coordination across assigned properties. Regular site visits and inspections are required.

This Property Manager oversees commercial, retail, and mixed-use properties while serving as the primary liaison for tenants, contractors, service providers, and ownership. The role manages lease obligations, vendor relationships, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. It also supports strategic planning, property improvements, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations for efficient, cost-effective performance
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvements
• Manage annual budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial reporting
• Administer leases, occupancy transitions, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
• Maintain partner, vendor, contractor, and ownership relationships

Requirements:

• Three to five years of progressive property management experience
• Post-secondary education in property management, business, real estate, or related fields
• Working knowledge of building operations, leases, budgeting, and contracts
• Microsoft Office proficiency with intermediate spreadsheet and data analysis skills
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel between properties
