Investigate Auto Bodily Injury and Commercial General Liability claims as a Northbridge Claims Adjuster in a flexible hybrid model. Support clients through complex accidents with responsive service.

This Claims Adjuster role focuses on prompt investigation, coverage assessment, and liability evaluation. You will work directly with third parties while defending and rectifying situations for clients. Collaboration provides coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate Auto BI and CGL claims promptly
• Assess coverage and liability in claim situations
• Work directly with third parties to drive claims
• Provide professional, responsive customer service
• Manage changing priorities with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Post-secondary college or university education
• Three to five years of claims adjusting experience
• Auto BI or CGL claims experience considered an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
