Location: CA-QC-Montreal Job ID: JOB-0004 Position Type: Full-Time Remote: No Schedule: Monday to Friday Requirements: Accounting or finance program Software: Excel and accounting software Language: Bilingual English and French
Responsibilities
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Preparing reports and assisting with audits
- Supporting the implementation and transition to a new ERP system, including data migration, testing, and training
- General administrative and accounting support as needed
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed an accounting or finance program from an accredited school
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Excel and accounting software (Microsoft Business Central or similar) is a must
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Must be bilingual English and French
