Purolator Customer Service Representative

Customer service and problem solving drive this Purolator retail representative position in Vernon, British Columbia, with weekday hours and flexibility required.

As a Retail Representative, you serve customers by telephone and in person while supporting shipping, account, and technology needs. You build relationships with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, management, and corporate partners. The position requires professional communication, technology experience, and personal accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers efficiently and courteously by telephone and in person
• Upsell and cross sell corporate products and services
• Resolve problem shipments, complaints, inquiries, and technology challenges
• Load, scan, log, and call resolution freight
• Coordinate with corporate partners to support customer service

Requirements:

• Three to twelve months customer service experience preferred
• Three to twelve months retail experience preferred
• Three to twelve months technology or POS experience preferred
• Ability to lift seventy pounds and stand three-hour intervals
• English proficiency and professional oral, written, and listening skills
