In this vital full-time role, you will support parents and caregivers of youth with developmental needs, emphasizing individual family strengths. Utilizing your understanding of child development, you will create intervention plans and foster secure attachments to promote healthy growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Create service-specific intervention plans collaboratively
• Offer virtual and community-based service visits
• Facilitate developmental monitoring with families
• Engage in ongoing education and resource development
• Build community relationships to improve service integration
Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of child development theories
• Valid BC Driver's License and regional insurance
• Must pass criminal record screening
