Build trusted client relationships as a Desjardins Insurance Sales Representative in Richmond Hill, using communication and needs-based insurance reviews.
This full-time position supports a Desjardins Agent Team Member focused on helping families protect what matters most. You will educate clients about home and auto insurance products while following underwriting policies. Success requires customer focus, sales ability, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients
- Create trust conducive to home or auto policy sales
- Educate clients about insurance products and options
- Identify solicitation and product offer opportunities
- Work with the agent on marketing goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales-driven ability to identify opportunities and close sales
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented work style
- OTL or LLQP License, or willingness to obtain
