You'll interact with union and non-union positions, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to streamline recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment across various business units
• Prepare and post job advertisements on multiple platforms
• Conduct initial phone screens and shortlist qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and create structured interview guides
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of recruitment coordination experience
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
• Knowledge of BC employment legislation
• Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
