Machine Operator Afternoon Shift

Join Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as a Machine Operator on the afternoon shift, ensuring operations run smoothly while adhering to safety standards. Play a crucial role in producing quality baked goods for renowned brands like two-bite® and Kimberley's Bakeshoppe™.
In this role, you will report to the Area Leader or Production Supervisor and ensure that equipment functions optimally. Key tasks include conducting maintenance checks, managing machine operations efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace. To excel, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills while working within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machines while following safety and health procedures
• Perform maintenance checks to ensure optimal machine performance
• Respond to and resolve any machine issues promptly
• Load packaging materials and ensure product quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Demonstrated responsibility and result orientation
