People & Culture Manager - Multi-Property Hospitality

Basecamp Resorts & Everwild Nordic Spa & Hotel in Canmore, AB, is hiring a People & Culture Manager – Property to lead HR operations on-site across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations at Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, and Revelstoke.

The role reports to the General Manager and works with Corporate P&C to ensure consistency, compliance, and strong culture across the properties. This is a full-time, on-site position with room to grow within a fast‑growing hospitality brand.
