Embedded Software Test Automation Associate

This experienced Software Testing Senior Associate supports a client in the automotive industry. You will work across Ethernet connectivity, security, networking, IPC, power management, and related embedded components. The work involves creating test designs from requirements and architecture documents, validating plans, and improving coverage. You will also contribute ideas while collaborating with product owners, development teams, and testers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create test designs from requirements and architecture documents
- Document, validate, and execute software test plans
- Analyze root causes, triage defects, and validate fixes
- Develop C, C++, and Python tests using frameworks
- Maintain libraries, tools, reports, and regression coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field
- Three-plus years developing software or testing automation
- Working knowledge of C, C++, and Python
- Understanding of distributed, multithreaded system concepts
- Familiarity with manual, automated, and defect-tracking systems
