Use client relationship management and financial reporting skills to support Sun Life Account Executives in a flexible hybrid environment.
As Sales Specialist, you will support SunAdvantage business development while interacting directly with clients. You will help Account Executives prepare materials, secure renewals, monitor performance, and resolve service concerns. Your analysis will identify focus areas, account risks, and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client presentations and required Account Executive documentation
- Provide renewal insights and identify accounts considered at risk
- Track Account Executive results and performance reports
- Conduct check-in calls with Advisors and partners
- Liaise with operations and implementation teams on escalations
Requirements:
- Three to five years of related financial services work experience
- College diploma
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder requests
- Clear communication and sound problem-solving under pressure
- Advanced Excel, organization, and interpersonal skills
