Programming Operations Coordinator French Channels

Coordinate French-channel programming operations remotely for Bell Media in Montreal, using IBMS, metadata, and Microsoft Office skills. This temporary full-time position supports Bell’s content operations.

As a Programming Operations Coordinator, you will support acquisitions, original productions, scheduling, and regulatory reporting. The position requires two to three years of relevant television, distribution, or production experience. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage documentation, and maintain professional relationships with French- and English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communications for product acquisitions and original productions
• Enter product information in IBMS and Bell Media software
• Support reports related to CRTC regulatory obligations
• Follow up on scheduling, material, and certification requests
• Provide administrative support, invoice approvals, and payment confirmations

Requirements:

• Passion for television and media operations
• Two to three years of relevant industry experience
• Judgement, rigour, and an organized working method
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• English and adequate French knowledge required in Quebec
