Support workplace technology at Tata Consultancy Services through PC fulfillment, device recertification, and Windows and iOS troubleshooting. This role is 100% work from office.
As a System Administrator, you will deliver hands-on support for computers, mobile devices, printers, accessories, and user requests. Responsibilities span break-fix fulfillment, lifecycle scheduling, shipping and receiving, sanitation, recycling, software installation, and ticket escalations. You will also provide onboarding training and orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill new, break-fix, and lifecycle PC requests
- Recertify Windows, Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Configure new printers and install requested software
- Research unknown devices and fulfill accessory requests
- Deliver new hire onboarding training and orientation
Requirements:
- PC and mobile asset management experience
- ServiceNow asset lifecycle experience
- Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows AutoPilot
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
