Electronic Security Service Technician

As a Service Technician, Electronic Security, you will repair faulty and defective security systems for Securitas Technology Canada. The work includes prioritizing service calls, following company standards, and supporting customer service policies. You will also provide usage recommendations and report completed service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair faulty electronic security systems
• Prioritize service calls according to importance
• Repair assigned defective systems using company standards
• Provide customers with correct usage recommendations
• Produce reports on completed service calls

Requirements:

• Valid training certificate for one listed security product
• At least three years of recent field service experience
• Experience with an electronic security company
• Field service or installation technician background
• Membership in the United Steelworkers Union
