Parking Facility Client Relations Manager

Strengthen parking facility performance in Winnipeg through client relations, revenue control, and responsive guest service. The position is full time.

As Senior Parking Manager, you will act as a client and Property Manager contact while assisting the Operations Manager. Responsibilities span location meetings, client requests, operating reports, escalated guest concerns, accidents, incidents, and safety matters. The role also includes staff supervision, facility maintenance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for clients and Property Managers
• Attend location meetings and maintain strong working relationships
• Respond respectfully to guest questions, problems, and concerns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
• Respond immediately to accidents, incidents, and safety concerns

Requirements:

• Two years of leadership experience in parking management
• Client relationship management and strategic thinking abilities
• Business development and team-building skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contract software
• Ability to work independently and within a team
