Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food for restaurant and banquet settings
• Manage food requisitioning from the storeroom
• Check daily prep requirements and set up your station
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
• Control waste and maintain low inventory
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of line cooking experience
• Certificate or Diploma in Cooking is an asset
• Creativity and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Able to assist with moderate lifting in the kitchen
