Provide patient technical support from home for Internet, Digital Phone, and Cable TV subscribers through clear phone troubleshooting.
Connex Telecommunications Inc. (DependableIT) is recruiting Technical Support Representatives for inbound customer calls. You will resolve connectivity and service concerns, use Windows applications, and coordinate technician dispatches when hands-on resolution is needed. The work emphasizes communication, empathy, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls with exceptional customer service
- Troubleshoot Internet, Cable TV, and Digital Phone issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step procedures by phone
- Dispatch technicians for required residential hands-on resolutions
- Use Windows applications to verify information and identify causes
Requirements:
- Minimum one-year customer service experience preferred
- Strong oral, written, and telephone communication skills
- Comfort with technology, Internet, Windows, and typing
- Patience, empathy, active listening, and de-escalation ability
- Reliable internet and hardwired home router and PC
Support DependableIT customers remotely using troubleshooting, communication, Windows applications, and patient service throughout rotating schedules.
