Youth Ministry Accounting Clerk Role

Drive positive change in youth lives as an Accounting Clerk with Youth Unlimited YFC. This role combines financial expertise with a passion for service in a collaborative ministry setting.
In this accounting support role, you'll manage critical financial operations while assisting the Director of Finance. Candidates will benefit from a supportive environment and must possess strong organizational and relational skills, as the role includes maintaining donor information and processing payments accurately. The ideal individual is someone committed to Youth Unlimited YFC’s holistic approach to youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee donor profiles and ensure accurate donation tracking
• Process payments, including bills and reimbursements
• Assist with fundraising financial activities and receipting
• Maintain a well-organized office environment
• Engage in regular team meetings and events to support staff
Requirements:
• Fully aligned with Youth Unlimited YFC's mission
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and databases
• Valid Criminal Reference Check required
