Part Time Pet Store Keyholder

Support pet retail customers as a part time Keyholder in Victoria, British Columbia, using POS knowledge and strong customer service skills.

Pet Valu’s Keyholder supports store operations and recommends products and services for dogs, cats, and companion animals. The role includes sales, inventory, paperwork, store maintenance, and opening or closing procedures. Keyholders also help represent the store in surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cashier transactions and customer sales
• Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and miscellaneous paperwork
• Stock pet supplies and household items in sales areas
• Unload deliveries and stock items weighing up to 50 pounds

• At least two years of retail or customer service experience
