Asset Protection Loss Prevention Associate

Protect Walmart customers, merchandise, and associates as an Asset Protection Associate in Timmins, Ontario, using observation and security awareness daily.

This Walmart Canada position supports a safe, secure, professional store environment. You will patrol the store, verify security features, investigate shrink incidents, and communicate findings to leadership. The work includes supporting emergency procedures and assigned Asset Protection priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
• Investigate internal theft, external theft, and shrink incidents
• Communicate findings clearly to Store Leadership
• Support evacuations, emergencies, and store task teams
• Complete external apprehensions under company policies and legal standards

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Hold a Security Guard License
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
• Stand, bend, and lift inventory or equipment
• Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
