Winter 2027 Architectural Technologist Intern

Gain hands-on experience as an Architectural Technologist Co-op Student with Stantec in Regina, SK for Winter 2027. Develop your skills in architectural design and project collaboration.
This entry-level position allows you to work closely with Senior Designers and Architects at Stantec. You'll assist in creating schematics, space programming, sight planning, and developing architectural details for innovative projects. Your role will involve utilizing BIM technologies and conducting research on sustainable materials and building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct basic interpretations of sketches and design codes
• Support the project team in design documentation development
• Assist in design creation using sketches and digital models
• Utilize BIM technologies for 3D building models
• Research materials and building systems for sustainability
Requirements:
• Pursuing a technical diploma in Architectural Technology
• Basic knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD as design tools
• Familiarity with design software (Sketch-up, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to communicate concepts through hand sketches
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
