Lead Starbucks store operations with customer service and partner direction during scheduled shifts. Deliver quality beverages while maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.
As a Shift Supervisor, you assist the store manager with scheduled operations and guide partners throughout each shift. You deploy partners, delegate tasks, and support the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality products, and operational standards. Customer service experience in retail or restaurants is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
- Deploy partners and delegate shift tasks
- Organize assigned opening and closing duties
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers
- Maintain beverage, product, cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Use customer service, team direction, and operational knowledge to support Starbucks partners and customers during each scheduled shift.
