Represent Coach through personalized styling and mobile POS selling as a Temporary Sales Associate supporting customers and store performance. Meet sales goals while delivering service.
As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a front-line Coach brand ambassador within Tapestry’s global house of brands. Use product expertise, fashion advice, clienteling, and social selling to build relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily operations while collaborating with teammates and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Complete replenishment, inventory processing, and visual merchandising tasks
Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience
- Luxury retail, fashion trends, and competitor knowledge preferred
- POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Strong English proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
