As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op Student, you will work with the mechanical engineering team at Votorantim Cimentos North America. Your assignments include design development, testing, drafting, research, and analysis supporting engineering decisions. You will collaborate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test mechanical components and systems
• Perform mechanical design and drafting with CAD software
• Research and analyze information for engineering decisions
• Contribute to safety, efficiency, and sustainability improvement projects
• Collaborate on cross-functional plant engineering projects

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a recognized Canadian Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program
• Completion of one to two study years preferred
• Strong mechanical systems and industrial equipment understanding
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
