Head of M&A & Corporate Growth

Corel Corporation, a leading software platform, is seeking an experienced deal-maker to own and execute the company’s M&A pipeline across multiple markets. You will source targets, build financial models, draft LOIs, and coordinate negotiations through to close.

You will develop investment theses, prepare board-ready materials, and work with senior leadership and Vector Capital to shape Corel’s growth strategy. This is a high-impact, global role requiring strong leadership and fast decisions.
